TUSCALOOSA, ALA. (April 2009) – Many truckers only dream of owning a rig that’s been tricked out by the Chrome Shop Mafia at 4 States Trucks in Joplin, Mo. But on Aug. 22, 2009, that dream will come true for one lucky trucker during The Great American Trucking Show, when the winner of the “Win Big with Custom Rigs” sweepstakes is drawn. The contest is sponsored by Custom Rigs magazine.

The “Win Big with Custom Rigs” truck is a 1998 International 9400 sporting a custom paint job that gives it a bullet-riddled appearance. (The original owner was an action thriller movie fan.) CSM’s Bryan Martin says it looks like it’s “been run through the gauntlet and is still going strong.”

The truck also features a new chrome bumper, stainless drop visor, polished fuel tanks and new 6-in. exhaust pipes. The interior has custom audio by Memphis, Bostrom swivel sweats and a movie theatre theme with crushed red velvet upholstery and a 26-in. flat screen TV on the back wall of the sleeper. CSM plans additional upgrades for the trucks so check out the Web Extras at www.customrigsmag.com for details.

To enter, contestants must complete an entry form at the Great West Truck Show in Las Vegas, June 25-27, 2009, or the Great American Trucking Show in Dallas, Aug. 20-22, 2009. Contestants can also enter online at www.customrigsmag.com/sweepstakes.
Current Custom Rigs subscribers will be entered automatically.
