1. The 2008 Great American Trucking Show hosted 44,669 registered attendees at the Dallas Convention Center
2. From 2003 to 2007 GATS attendance increased more than 20% and the show continues to be the industry’s 2nd largest event
3. GATS is supported by the Texas Motor Transportation Association
4. 78% of qualified attendees at GATS make purchasing decisions
5. In 2008 16,132 Owner Operators and 4,269 Exec Mgmt attended GATS
6. GATS 2008 featured more than 500 of the top companies in trucking on display, including corporate exhibits by all Truck OEM’s, more than 20 trailer & body manufacturers and all major producers and suppliers of engines, tires, petroleum/lubricants and components
7. In 2008 the GATS show floor covered more than 540,000 square feet, occupying halls C,D,E and F
8. For the 4th consecutive year GATS has been named to Trade Show Week magazine’s “Fastest 50”, which lists the 50 fastest growing trade shows in the U.S. and Canada
9. GATS has also once again been named to Trade Show Week magazine’s “Top 200”, which ranks the top 200 trade shows in all industries
